Capital Campaign

In the Spring of 2025, Yonah Community Church officially launched our first-ever Capital Campaign. This day marked not only the beginning of a special season in the life of our church but also a defining step toward securing our long-term presence here in Cleveland.For years, our church has faithfully gathered in the same building, renting the space while serving our community as a campus of another congregation. But now, as we have stepped into full autonomy, God has opened the door for us to purchase this building and the surrounding land so that YCC can continue to grow and minister in Cleveland for generations to come.Our campaign launch was celebrated in worship with the start of a new sermon series and a vision-casting Sunday morning. Together, we were reminded that our mission is to “Further God’s Kingdom on Earth as it is in Heaven,” and this campaign is a tangible reminder that this mission starts here in Cleveland.This is more than a financial goal. It is an opportunity to invest in the future of YCC, to secure a permanent home, and to strengthen our ability to love God, love people, and make disciples right here in Cleveland.  Below are some of the original graphics used in our preliminary launch of the Capital Campaign back in the Spring of 2025:

As stated above, the YCC family set out to raise $850,000 over the course of three years in order to fully pay off the property debt at 52 Helen Highway, as well as cover a few initial mandatory improvements. As part of this mission, our goal is to raise $250,000 of that total by Fall 2026..As of May 1st, YCC raised roughly $400,000 dollars.
